I’m a veteran educator with a passion for helping students succeed in and out of the classroom. Since 2005, I’ve taught in both Chicago and Fort Worth, specializing in World Studies and APUSH. I work closely with freshmen to build strong academic foundations. I have degrees in paramedic medicine, culinary arts, paralegal studies, theology, education, and political science—which means I love learning and bring a unique perspective to every subject I teach.
People often come to me to talk about educational strategies, integrating AI into the classroom, creating engaging curriculum materials, and boosting student achievement through data-driven instruction. I’m especially interested in collaborating on freshman success programs, improving ESL support in schools, and using creative methods (like historical fiction, podcasts, or gamified lessons) to bring history to life. I also run Wolfinger’s Virtual Classroom and have a background in photography through Wolfingers Photo LLC.
