As an Education Pioneers Fellow in Summer 2026, I had 10 weeks to conduct a literature review, create insights, and make recommendations to improve usability for the CPS websites. My insights take three perspectives: the student, the teacher, and the district. My project also addresses information architecture and and UX consolidation.
